Concert represented by Embassy of India in Kazakhstan, UNESCO Almaty Cluster Office and the Kazakh State Zhambyl Philharmony

19. On May 18th, 2012 at the Central State museum took place the performance of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” on the project «Night in a museum» – 2012»; Almaty city.

20. On May 23d, 2012 at Opera and Ballet House named after K. Baiseitova in Astana, the performance of Akmaral Kainazarova took place on Centenary celebration of Ms Shara Zhienkulova, Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the founder of Kazakh dance art in the country.

21. October 3th, 2012 Almaty. By the invitation of a management of the National library in Almaty performance of Akmaral Kainazarova has taken place at the Centenary celebration of Ms Shara Zhienkulova, the founder of Kazakh folk dance art in Kazakhstan.

22. November 8th, 2012 Almaty. The festive concert devoted to the Year of culture, was conducted with support of Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan and Department of culture in Kazakhconcert Hall.

23. November 10th , 2012 Astana. The project devoted to the Year of culture, carried out with support of Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan at the Kazakh State Academic opera and ballet house named after K.Baiseitova.

24. January 25th , 26th , 27th , 2013 Astana. A series of festive concerts, devoted to the Day of Republic of India.

25. April 6th, 2013 Almaty. Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan, Culture Department of Almaty, the Kazakh State philharmonic hall of Zhambyl and «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” conducted the concert program with participation of the well known performer of the Indian classical dance Kathak from India Mr. Rajendra Gangani, Ms. Swati Sinha and “Centre for Indian classical dances, Almaty-Kazakhstan”, devoted to the International Dance Day.

26. April 9th and 10, 2013 Astana. Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan, the Eurasian National University, Nazarbayev University and “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” conducted the concert program with participation of the well known performer of the Indian classical dance Kathak from India Mr. Rajendra Gangani, Ms.Swati Sinha and “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan”, devoted to the International Dance Day.

27. By the invitation of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in New Delhi Ms Akmaral Kainazarova and her students of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” Lyazzat Polatbek and Rada Olmesekova conducted successful performance at the 4th International Dance & Music Festival on 14th October, 2013 at the prestigious Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi.

Diplomatic corps and representatives of the intellectuals of the capital of India attended the concert. Famous dance critics Mr. Sunil Kothari and Ms. Leela Venkataraman appreciated performance of Kazakhstany dancers in mass medias.

28. On October 16th, 2013 by the invitation of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, New Delhi Ms Akmaral Kainazarova and students of the «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» Lyazzat Polatbek and Rada Olmesekova conducted Bharathanatyam performance in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh state at the International Folk Dance festival – Kullu Dussehra- 2013.

29. On April 6, 2014 Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan, the UNESCO Cluster Bureau in Almaty and the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” presented the Festive concert program “Guru-Shishya” with participation of the famous performer of the Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam from India Mr. P. T. Narendran and the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan”.

30. On April 9, 2014 Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan, a Hall Tilep Kobyz Saray in Astana and the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” conducted the colorful concert “Guru-Shishya”with participation of the famous performer of the Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam from India Mr. P. T. Narendran and the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan”, devoted to the International Dance Day .

In this unique “Guru-Shishya” project in Almaty and Astana audience enjoyed performance of the three generations of dancers: the Bharatanatyam performer and the choreographer Mr. P.T.Narendran, his student from “Kalakshetra” Akmaral Kainazarova and her students from the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan».

31. Following the results of economic ratings of the enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2012-2013, the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” among dance institutions of the Republic received silver and bronze of rating. This result is one of the best in the Republic. In this regard the following awards are given:
Commemorative Medal “LEADER of BRANCH 2014”, National Certificate “LEADER of BRANCH 2014”, Certificate “Expert of the year 2014” to the Administrator Raushan Smakova , Medal “For Efficiency” to Diana Sagitova , Award “Glory of Kazakhstan” to Akmaral Kainazarovа.

32. On March 10th 2015 Astana. By the invitation of Embassy of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan Akmaral Kainazarova presented colorful Bharatanatyam performance on celebration of Golden Jubilee of ITEC program and ICCR Day. The official part of the program was opened by H.E. Harsh Kumar Jain, Ambassador of the Republic of India in the Republic of Kazakhstan and H.E. Mr. Askar Mussinov, Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassy and Kazakhstan students of ITEC and ICCR attended the program.

33. On March 21st 2015 Aktobe. By the invitation of the management of the Palace of school children of Aktobe city the dancing troupe of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” presented Bharatanatyam program at the Palace of students of Aktobe. More than 900 spectators attended the program. Performance received warm responses and delight of the audience.

34. On June 21st 2015 Almaty. Akmaral with her students presented the Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam on official celebration of the first International Day of Yoga in Almaty.

35. On July 8th 2015 Astana. During the visit of the Prime Minister of India to Kazakhstan, Akmaral Kainazarova was given the great honor to perform the Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam for the President of Republic of Kazakhstan Mr Nursultan Nazarbaev and the honorable guest from India – Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Performance took place at the palace of the President “AkOrda”.

36. On September 7th , 2015 by the invitation of Embassy of the Republic of India in Kyrgyzstan “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” presented colorful performance on Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam, Kathak and folk dances of India at a seminar “Know India Show” in Bishkek city.

37. “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” took part at the Vth International competition “Kaleidoskope of talents. Autumn – 2015” from 4th to 8th November 2015 in Poland. The official part of the competition was inaugurated by the Mayor of the Zywiec city Mr. Pan Antoni Shlyagor under which patronage competition was conducted. Cup Grand Prix was awarded by the unanimous decision of jury to “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” for the four first prizes in two age categories for performance of the Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam and modern dance in Bollywood style.

38. 15.12.2015. For high achievements in professional area, Akmaral Kainazarova, the Director of the Centre, was awarded by the title “Honoured Worker (Artist) of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The ceremony of award of the Government title on the occasion of celebration of the Independence Day of Kazakhstan took place in President’s palace AKORDA.

39. On 28th March 2016, at the Hall of the State Academic theater named after G. Musrepov in Almaty, the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” conducted the concert program devoted to the 10th Anniversary of “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” and to receiving the Honorary title Honoured Аrtist of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Akmaral Kainazarova.

40. On 30th March, 2016, at the Hall of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga” conducted the concert program devoted to the 10th Anniversary of “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” and to receiving the Honorary title Honoured Аrtist of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Akmaral Kainazarova.

41. On June 21st , 2016 by the invitation of a management of Tian-Shansky federation Tai Chi Chuan and the festival “Global Eye”, Akmaral Kainazarova conducted the Common Yoga protocol, designed by the Government of India, for participants of the Festival. Event took place on Issyk -Kul in Kyrgyzstan on occasion of celebration of Second International Yoga Day.

42. On June 22nd , 2016 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” conducted the colorful program “Indian Classical Dance and Yoga” on Issyk Kul in Kyrgyzstan on occasion of celebration of the Second International Yoga Day.

43. “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” has conducted a series of concert programs of Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam and Kazakh folk dance in Kazakhstan and India to commemorate the 25thAnniversary of establishment of Diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and India:

On March 14th, 2017 the concert program was held at the Kazakh State Philarmony named after Zhambyl in the city of Almaty. The official part of the program was opened by the Ambassador of India in the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Harsh Kumar Jain and culturologist, Diplomat Mr. Murat Auezov.

On March 25th, 2017 in Chennai, at the Rukmini Arangam Theatre in “Kalakshetra” College of Fine Arts – the best institution on Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam in India. Chief Guest of the evening – «Kalaimamani» Awardee Guru N.S. Jayalakshmi, Guest of Honour – Padma Bhushan Awardee Dr. Padma Subramanyam, Vice President of Shri Ariyakudi Music Foundation Shri G.Ramanujem, and Regional Director of ICCR in Chennai Mrs S.Manoranjitham.

On March 28th, 2017 in New Delhi at the Azad Bhawan Auditorium of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). Chief Guest of the evening – Shri Vanlalhuma, DDG ICCR; Guest of Honour – Mr. Phunchok Stobdan, former Ambassador, ex Director ICC; second Guest of Honour – Mr. Ruslan Akhmet, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in India.

On March 29th, 2017 the program was conducted at the concert hall of “Delhi Karnataka Sangha” in New Delhi. Chief Guest of the evening– Mr. Bulat Sarsenbayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of India, Guest of Honour – Mr. Arvind Nayak, Managing Director of Nayak Group, New Delhi.

On March 31st, 2017 in New Delhi’s Vasant Valley School – one of the best private schools in the capital of India.

44. Third International Yoga Day

On June 18th, 2017 a performance and rewarding of the Centre with the certificate of participant at celebration of the Third International Yoga Day in Almaty at Sport complex of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

On June 21st 2017 demonstration and collective practice of yoga according to the Common Yoga Protocol by Indian Government at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, University’s Sports complex.

45. On September 19th, 2017 by the invitation of the management of California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, Akmaral Kainazarova conducted the Lecture-demonstration on theme: “Rasa in Classical Indian Dance: Aesthetic Essence and Emotional Code Language” and dance performance exemplifying its ideas.

46. On September 20th 2017 Akmaral Kainazarova gave detail interview for radio program “ Dil Ki Awaaz” airing in San Jose CA, USA on the radio desi1170 AM.

47. On September 21st, 2017 Akmaral Kainazarova conducted workshop and performance for students of the Pampa Dance Academy in Sunnyvale CA, USA.

48. On September 22nd 2017 Akmaral Kainazarova has presented a colorful Bharatanatyam performance at Hindu Temple and Community Center in Sunnyvale CA, USA on occasion of NAVRATRI 2017 celebration.

49. On September 23d, 2017 Akmaral Kainazarova conducted dance and Yoga workshop at Berkeley Yoga Center (CA) on theme: “Santosha (contentment) the second item of Niyama, which is the one of the 8 steps of Raja Yoga”.

50. On September 30th, 2017 Akmaral Kainazarova conducted Bharatanatyam performance in Temple in Los Angeles.

51. From October 14th to October 27th, 2017 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” organized workshops of the famous choreographer and Guru of classical Bharatanatyam style – Shri P.T. Narendran from Chennai.

52. At the initiative of “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” the intellectual educational program of SPIC MACAY from India has begun the new chapter in Kazakhstan. From November 2nd to November 6th, 2017 there have taken place workshops of the famous choreographer and the Guru of classical Kathak style – Shri Rajendra Gangani from New Delhi.

53. On november 10th, 2017 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” participated at the 40th annual ceremony of National Business raiting in the “Palace of Peace and Harmony” (Pyramid) in Astana where have received the National certificate “LEADER of YEAR 2017” for successful work among dancing groups of the Republic.

54. On 28th February 2018 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” organized the Annual concert in Almaty on occasion of Inauguration of educational video material “Indian Classical Dance Bharatanatyam for beginners” (in Kazakh, English and Russian) and the 20th Anniversary of creative work of Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akmaral Kainazarova.

55. On 12th June, 2018 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Turan University, Embassy of India, Indian Cultural Centre of Embassy of India in Kazakhstan celebrated the Fourth International Day of Yoga at Turan University. In the program there was a demonstration and collective practice of yoga according to the Common Yoga Protocol by Indian Government.

56. On 12th June, 2018 in the evening in the assembly hall of the university the concert of “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” on occasion of the Fourth International Day of Yoga was held. Almaty.

57. On 28th august 2018 Akmaral Kainazarova  conducted a  workshop on Kazakh Folk dances in Toronto city, Canada.

58. On 30th august 2018  Akmaral Kainazarova has presented Kazakh folk  dances for the program  “Pomegranate Garden” –  an evening of Asian dance and music at Noor Cultural Centre, Toronto city. The consul of Embassy of Kazakhstan in Canada MrAlmasbek Omarov with Kazakh community of Toronto attended the program.

59. On 31st august 2018 Akmaral has  presented a concert of Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam  at Hindu Temple of Toronto city. The Chief guest of the program  -Doctor MenakaThakkar, the famous performer of  Indian classical dance in Canada.

60. In September 2018 Akmaral Kainazarova has presented a colorful performance in Bharatanatyam style at Hindu Temple of Sunnyvale in California, USA on occasion of  Hanuman Puja.

61. On 5thseptember 2018 Akmaral Kainazarova conducted the  workshop on  Kazakh folk  dance in the Silk Road House in California, USA. The official representative of United Nations in San Francisco MsElizabeth Mary Steinerparticipated in event.

62. On3th  November 2018 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” with support of  Embassy of the Republic of India  in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre of Embassy of  India conducted the Annual concert of the Centre on occasion of celebration of the Indian festival Diwali and the 20th  Anniversary of creative work of Akmaral Kainazarova, founder of the Centre and Honored  Аrt Worker of the Republic of  Kazakhstan.

63. On 12th January, 2019 Akmaral Kainazarova conducted Bharatanatyam performance in memory of her life time friend and mentor – Mrs. Janaki Krishnan, Activist of Indian Society for Culture and Friendship from the year 1956, President of Indo-Russian Women’s Association, Scholar of Russian and Sanskrit languages. The Memory Evening was held in Russian Centre for Science and Culture of  Russian Consulate in    Chennai, South India. Official part of an event  was inaugurated  by the director of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture  Mr. Gennadii  Rogalev.

64. On 27th  January, 2019 by the invitation of Embassy of India in Kazakhstan the dancing troupe of “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” presented colorful performance with the Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam, Kathak at celebration of   the 70th  Republic Day  of  India and inauguration of  the Days of  India  in Almaty.

The Ambassador of Republic of India in the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Prabhat Kumar and Chief representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in  the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Mr. Ruslan  Bulterikov delivered official speeches.

65. From  March 23d  to 28th , 2019, “Centre for  Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” participated at the International art contest “Marathon of talents in Europe”, which  was held on the well-known coast of the Spain – Costa Brava with assistance of Lloret de Mar city administration along with cultural institutions of Spain.

“Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” was awarded by first prize for performance of Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam in the  “ethnic dance” nomination and the first prize for Kazakh folk  dance in the “folk dance” nomination. 

66. On June 23 2019 «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» in cooperation with  Embassy of India in Kazakhstan, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre in Nur-Sultan, “AkDanat” holiday  resort in Zerenda of Akmola region of Kazakhstan organized the Fifth International Yoga Day. Representatives of Kokchetav, Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Kizilorda, Stepnogorsk cities took active part in celebrationThe official part of the event was opened by the Representative of the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan Mr. Mukesh Kumar Batar, Mayor  of Akmola region of Zerenddistrict Mr. Berikzhan Abutalipov, Chairman of the Tourism Association of Akmola region Mr. Shynarbek Batyrhanov.

67. On August 15th, 2019, the State Museum of Art named after Abylhan Kasteev, Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan and the Cultural Centre named after N.K.Roerich held an event dedicated to the Independence Day of India. The program included: concert by “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstanvideo-lecture “Roerich and India”, Indian painting exhibition by Botagoz Nurpeisova dedicated to Indian themes. Congratulatory speeches by : Mr. Martin Cyriac Clemense – Consul of the Representative Office of India in AlmatyMrs. Gulzhan Shalabayeva – Director of the State Museum named after A Kasteev, Mr. Pawan Singh – Chief Executive Officer of “Tengri Bank”.

68. “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” and School № 92 named after Mahatma Gandhi conducted program «Gandhi: A Musical Tribute» on occasion of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. In Almaty celebration took place on October 30th, 2019 at the Palace of Students of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi. On November 1st, 2019 the same program was held in Nur-Sultan at the “Qazaqstan” Concert Hall.

Mr. Sanjay Garg  Director of Swami Vivekananda Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India in Kazakhstan and Mr Diar Kunayev – Director of Museum named after M.Auezov were the Chief Guests to light the lamp and deliver the speeches on 30th October in Almaty.

Mr. Prabhat Kumar – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Kazakhstan, Mr. SattarMazhitov – professor, Director of State establishment “Kogamdyk Kelisim, Mr Rasul Kosanov – managing director of TENGRI Bank in Nur-Sultan were the Chief Guests to light the lamp and deliver the speeches on 1st November in Nur-Sultan.

This program included scenes from the life of Mahatma Gandhi, folk dances and Indian classical dances Bharatanatyam and Kathak.

69. Akmaral Kainazarova, Bharatanatyam dance performer and teacher, as the member of the International Dance Council within the UNESCO in Paris, participated at the 5th International Congress on Dance Research in Hallandale, Florida, USA from 13th to 17th November 2019.  She introduced workshop on Indian Classical Dance Bharatanatyam and performance. Workshop covered important technical and philosophical aspects of Bharatanatyam and was attended by the dance professors, choreographers, educators, dance historians, dance critics –members of the International Dance Council (CID)  – from USA, Poland, Italy, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Haiti, France, Argentina.

70By the invitation of Embassy of India in Kazakhstan the dancing troupe of “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” on January 27th, 2020  presented colorful performance with Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam, Kathak and  Indian folk dances from the state of Orissa and Gujarat.

71. On March 7th, 2020, the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” and  Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted the program: “Dances of  India: the history of ancient art”dedicated to the 25th  Anniversary of the founding of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the 150th  Birth Anniversary of  Mahatma Gandhi and the Birthday of the “Centre for  Indian Classical Dances and Yoga”, which was founded  in  March 2006.

72. “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan ( Kazakhstan) has held the Open Day online on September 20th , 2020. The purpose of the function – acquaintance with the colorful culture of India and with work of all classes of the Centre.

73. “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan ( Kazakhstan) has held the online performance “Indian Classical Dance & Kazakh Folk Dance”  on October  24th  , 2020. The purpose of the function is to demonstrate   similarities and differences in both traditions, the importance of dance art in strengthening cultural ties between the two countries.

74. On November 28th , 2020 on occasion of the Day of the First President of Kazakhstan & Constitution Day of India, “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan has held the online program “Body & Soul: Indian Classical Dance & Martial Arts of the East”.

75. On December 9th , 2020 the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan has held the “Evening in Memory of the Late Alpysbay Shymyrbayev», Founder & Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine “Gazhaiyp Undistan” (Amazing India). The purpose of the function is to honor the memory of Mr Shymyrbayev, who for 25 years has tirelessly published an international magazine in kazakh, russian and english.

76. On January 23d  , 2021, on occasion of  the Republic Day of India, “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan  conducted the online program “Cultural Diversity of India”.

77. On March 13th , 2021, on occasion of  the 15th Anniversary of  our Centre and Nauryz –Holi  celebration, “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan has held  the online festive program.

78. On April 24th , 2021, on occasion of International Dance Day, “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan  conducted the online program. More than 500 spectators from all around the world watched the online program on Facebook and Instagram.

79. On 19th June 2021, “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan conducted online demonstration and collective practice of the Common Yoga Protocol, dedicated to the 7th International Day of Yoga.

80. On 19th June, 2021 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” and Pradnya Institute of Yoga in Almaty in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan held a festive program dedicated to the 7th International Day of Yoga. The concert was inaugurated by Chief Guest – Consul of the Indian representative office in Almaty – Mr Amit Mishra.

81. Оn August 13th , 2021 оn occasion of the celebration the 75th Anniversary of Independence of India, the opening ceremony of the new premises of the «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» took place.

82. Оn August 13th , 2021 оn occasion of the 75th Anniversary of Independence of India the «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan», Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan in collaboration with Turan University held a festive ONLINE concert with the participation of artists from the Swami Vivekananda Indian Cultural Center – Mr Praveen Kumar Dubey and Ms Tripti Sanwal.
The Chief Guests– His Excellency, the Ambassador of the Republic of India in Kazakhstan Ms Shubdarshini Tripati and Vice Rector of Turan University – Ms Gulzhanat Tayauova.

83. Оn September 10th , 2021 оn occasion of the beginning of new academic year, “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan held a festive Open Day Online concert in new premises of the Centre in Almaty.

84. On 5th November 2021 г., a concert dedicated to the Diwali Festival took place in the hall of the Kazakh State Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments named after Kurmangazy. “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with the Swami Vivekananda Indian Cultural Center, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Indian Studies Department celebrated Diwali in Almaty. Students of the Kazakh-Russian Medical University took active part in celebration.

85. On December 24th, 2021 the «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan has held online program: the Evening in Memory of the Late Aubakir Nilibayev, poet, translator, journalist, awardee of Padma Shree by President of India.

86. On 28th January 2022 «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» in collaboration with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan celebrated the Republic Day of India in Almaty. 87. On 25th February 2022 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with the Swami Vivekananda Indian Cultural Center, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan conducted a concert dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and India. Сhief guests of the program: Mr. Sanjay Vedi, the Director of the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center, Embassy of India, Nur-Sultan and Ms Almasha Arenova, Head of the Political Department of the Representative Office in Almaty.

88. On the occasion of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and India, the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” held a series of concerts on Kazakh and Indian classical dances in India:

89. On March 7th , 2022, a Bharatanatyam concert was held in memory of Shrimati Rukmini Devi Arundale and great Teachers of India. Open theatre of ISHA foundation, Coimbatore, South India.

90. On June 18 th , 2022 the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” held an open lesson, according to the yoga protocol from the government of India, dedicated to the eighth International Day of Yoga.

91. On June 19 th , 2022 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” participated in the celebration of the eighth International Day of Yoga in the park of the First President in Almaty.

92. On July 3d, 2022, the «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» in collaboration with Pradnya institute of Yoga and with Ms. Anna Donets – graphic artist, painter, member of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, presented the «Pancha Maha Bhoota» intellectual program in Almaty. The chief guests of the event are the Mr. Abror Fatkhullaev – Consul General of Uzbekistan, and the Mr. Amit Kumar Mishra – Head of the Representative Office of India in Almaty, Embassy of India in Kazakhstan.

93. At the invitation of the International “Global Eye” ethnic Festival, the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” took part in a Poetry Festival in Kyrgyzstan on the southern coast of Issyk-Kul from August 13th to August 15th, 2022.
The colorful program dedicated to the Independence Day of India, included the works and poetry of six famous poets of India: Jayadeva in Sanskrit (12th cent.), Rabindranath Tagore in Hindi and Bengali (19th – 20th cent.), Purandara Dasa in Sanskrit (16th cent.), Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib in Hindi and Urdu (19th cent.), Arunachala Kavirayar in Tamil (18th cent), Gopalakrishna Bharati in Tamil (19th century).

94. On September 30th, 2022 the «Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan» in collaboration with Scientific and Cultural Center “Auezov House” presented a program for the 125th Birth Anniversary of Mukhtar Auezov.
The chief guests of the event: Mr. Diar Kunaev – Director of the House-Museum of Mukhtar Auezov and Mr. Amit Kumar Mishra – Head of the Representative Office of India in Almaty, Embassy of India in Kazakhstan.
“Essays on India” written by Mukhtar Auezov in 1955 inspired the creation of a unique program, which includes excerpts from this book in the voice of Mr Murat Auezov with a presentation of dances and songs from each region described by the writer: Indian classical dances, folk dances from the states of Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Kazakh folk dance.

95. On 1st November 2022 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Lal Bahadur Shastri Center for Indian Culture, Embassy of India, Tashkent – Uzbekistan, and with the participation of the Uzbek “Havas Guruhi” band held a festive program “Festival of Indian Culture” at the Turkistan palace in Tashkent. A Gala concert in Turkistan Hall was presented by Embassy of India in Uzbekistan to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Uzbekistan.
The Chief guests: Mr. Manish Prabhat – Ambassador of India in Uzbekistan and Mr. Aybek Nishanov – representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Guests of the Gala concert – representatives of the Embassies of Kazakhstan, India, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Oman and Germany, as well as intelligentsia of Tashkent city.

96. On 2nd November 2022 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty Kazakhstan” in collaboration with Center for Promotion of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan “Living Heritage”, with the participation of graphics, painter, member of the Creative Union of Artists of Uzbekistan – Ms. Anna Donets and Yoga Federation of Uzbekistan held an intellectual program “Pancha Maha Bhoota” in the great hall of the “Educational Theatre” of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.
The Chief guests: Mr. Manish Prabhat – Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mr. Sitesh Kumar – Director of the Lal Bahadur Shastri Center for Indian Culture, Embassy of India, Ms. Lutfiya Mirzaeva – Director of the Center for Promotion of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan “Living Heritage”and Mr. Eldor Shermanov – Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan.

97. On 4th November 2022 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty Kazakhstan” in collaboration with the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan held a program on Indian classical and folk dances, as well as the workshop on Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam. Mr. Shukhrat Tokhtasimov – Rector of the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan inaugurated the program in the Grant Ballet Hall of the State Academy of Choreography.

98. On November 28th, 2022 at the invitation of the Embassy of India in Astana, Ms. Akmaral Kainazarova – Head of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan”, took part in the program dedicated to the signing of a memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy of Shymkent city (SKMA) and the University of Higher Education and Research (JSSAHER) in Mysore, Karnataka.

99. From February 6th to 11th, 2023, New Delhi yoga expert Ms. Chandra Mallik conducted a yoga workshop and presented yoga dance flow at the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty – Kazakhstan”, opening up new aspects for students in the field of Yoga.
On February 7th, 8th and 11th, 2023, Ms. Chandra Mallik gave lectures on topic “Yoga – a way of life” at the Indology Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the KazNU named after Al-Farabi; as well as at the University of Turan and at the Pradnya Institute of Yoga in Almaty. The practical application of yoga in everyday life were presented in full.

100. On February 19th and 20th, 2023, the Head of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty – Kazakhstan” Ms. Akmaral Kainazarova, conducted workshops on Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam at the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center, Embassy of India, and at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography in Astana.

101. On March 25th, 2023 “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty Kazakhstan” held a workshop on Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam in the House of Friendship, Aktau city. There are 70 people from the Philharmony named after M. Uskenbaev of Mangystau region, from the dance school of Serik Sariev “ZHORGA”, from the District House of Culture attended the workshop.

102. On March 26th, 2023 the Regional Music and Drama Theater named after Nurmukhan Zhanturin in Aktau in collaboration with the dance school of Serik Sariev “ZHORGA” presented a colorful program “Nauryz-Holi” performed by the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan”. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Hitesh Chandra Vadodaria – Deputy Chairman of the Indian Ethnocultural Association “Salem Namaste” and by Ms. Gulsina Mirgalieva, Director of the Regional Music and Drama Theater named after Nurmukhan Zhanturin.The program “Nauryz – Holi” was covered by Mangystau TV and Aktau TV.

103. On April 19th, 2023 the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” at the invitation of the school 134 in Almaty, participated with Bharatanatyam concert in the Reader’s Guide program based on the book “Souvenir from Otrar” by Anuar Alimzhanov. The chief guest is Mr. Alan Alimzhanov, the grandson of the writer. The program was also attended by the Kazakh-Russian specialized school No. 53, gymnasium No. 25 named after. I. Esenberlin, educational center “Arai”.

104. On May 1st, 2023 to celebrate the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, MEGA Park in Almaty organized a colorful concert program. The “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” took an active part with Indian folk dances.

105. On May 18th, 2023 the students of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” performed for the colorful program “Night at the Museum” at the Abylkhan Kasteev State Museum of Art. The celebration of the International Museum Day was opened by the director of the museum Ms. Gulaim Zhumabekova.

106. On May 30th, 2023 the head of the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” Ms. Akmaral Kainazarova took an active part in the evening of memory and presentation of the book of the famous journalist, writer, editor-in-chief of the magazine “Wonderful India” – the late Mr. Alpyspai Shymyrbaev.

107. On June 3rd, 2023 at the invitation of the Opera and Ballet House of Shymkent city, Akmaral Kainazarova presented Bharatanatyam art at the concert of dances of the world “DALA SIRI”.

108. On June 14th , 2023 the presentation of Akmaral Kainazarova’s book “Indian Classical Dance. Kazakhstan and India” took place. This is the only publication on Indian classical dance in Kazakhstan and Central Asia in Kazakh and Russian. Moderator of the event – Mr. Sagymbay Kozybaev, President of the Academy of Journalism of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professor; Mr. Murat Auezov – culturologist, Kazakhstani public figure; Mr. Hoti Lal – First Secretary of the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan; Ms. Lyudmila Rudakova, Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon.

109. On June 17 th, 2023 the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with the Akimat – city administration, Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Pavlodar city, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center, Embassy of India, Astana held the International Day of Yoga with the participation of yoga centers of Pavlodar.

110. On June 17th, 2023 the “Centre for Indian Classical Dances and Yoga, Almaty-Kazakhstan” in collaboration with the Akimat – city administration and the Department of Culture and Language Development of Pavlodar, held an evening in memory of a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR and Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Botagoz Nurpeisova.

111. On September 8th 2023, Akmaral Kainazarova performed in Astana for the delegates of the 40th Meeting of the RATS SCO Council. Her art was highly appreciated by Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh – Deputy National Security Adviser from National Security Council Secretariat, Government of India and members of the high-level delegation from New Delhi.

112. On October 19th, 2023 at the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy in Almaty. A joint program with the Bansuri Flute School – “Evening of Classical Indian Music and Dance”.

113. On November 10th, 2023 “Centre for Indian classical dances and yoga, Almaty – Kazakhstan” in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Languages Development and Archival Affairs of West Kazakhstan region and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan WKR, held a festive concert “DIWALI” in Uralsk city.

114. On November 13th, 2023 the presentation of the book “Indian Classical Dance. Kazakhstan and India” by Akmaral Kainazarova took place in the regional scientific library named after Zhuban Moldagaliev in Uralsk city.

115. On 29 th November 2023, presentation of Akmaral Kainazarova’s book “Indian Classical Dance. Kazakhstan and India” in the library of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography in Astana and online in ZOOM format. The event was inaugurated by Ms. Bibigul Nusipzhanova – Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Moderator – Ms. Gulnara Saitova – Honoured Artist of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Academy of Choreography. Speakers: Shri Panga Todi Narendran – recognised choreographer of Indian classical Bharatanatyam and Kathakali dances, honorary member of the Governing Council of the Institute of national importance Kalakshetra; Ms. Aya Kaliyeva – Honoured Artist of Kazakhstan, composer.

116. On 1st December 2023 in the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana a presentation of the book “Indian Classical Dance. Kazakhstan and India” took place. Moderator – Ms. Toigan Izim – Professor of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Chief guests: Mr. Hoti Lal – First Secretary of the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan; Mr. Ruslan Amangeldin – Deputy Director of the Department of Asia-Pacific region of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Speakers: Mr. Ruslan Ahmet – diplomat, from 1993 to 2020 Consul at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in India; Mr. Sattar Mazhitov – Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Academician; Mr. Bulat Mukushev – representative of the Business Community of Astana.

117. On 28th January 2024 at the invitation of the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan the special performance in Almaty for the 75th Anniversary of the Republic of India.

118. On 20th and 22nd February 2024, on occasion of the 120th Birth Anniversary of Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale, the performances of Indian classical, folk and Kazakh folk dances at the Visva Bharati (Santiniketan) and Rabindra Bharati (Kolkata) universities, established by Rabindranath Tagore in West Bengal.

119. Ms. Akmaral Kainazarova was invited to perform classical Bharatanataym at the inaugural ceremony of Green Community Initiative (GCI) Creative Space and Yoga Studio opening at CR Park, New Delhi.

120. On the 125th Birth Anniversary of Mukhtar Auezov, Ms. Akmaral’s article «Essays on India» by Mukhtar Auezov which is the first literary work on India in Kazakh literature» was published in ICCR Hindi magazine “Gagananchal” (Vol 46 issue 4 (July-August) 2023, p 41-46).

121. Akmaral Kainazarova participated in the International Regional Hindi Conference “The Present and Future of Indology in Eurasia and India” dedicated to the 90th Anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the 25th Anniversary of the Department of Indology at the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
